Limestone County Historical Museum is the place for all the history stories of Limestone County. Upon entering, you will see displays of photographs, various other artifacts that provide information on Native Americans, early settlers, Fort Parker, communities and schools, the railroad, agriculture, military involvement, the Mexia Oil Boom, and notable personalities. The admission here is free, but they also accept donations.
