Leon County Park is located on the east side of the lake on FM 39. It has a two-lane boat ramp, oiled-sand parking lot, fishing docks, and restrooms; no fee is required. This is open all year round, 24 hours a day.
B.R.A. Park #1 Public Boat Ramp is located on the west side of the dam on FM 937. They have a two-lane boat ramp and oiled-sand parking lot, no courtesy dock, restrooms, and a picnic area. This is accessible all year round and opens 24 hours.
